I want to be an administrator please.

Background History: I am 15 years old, Very good and fair with people around me, but since i saw a lot of scammers, hackers, cheaters, abusers around me, i thought that i waish i had a way to stop them.. (Khwaja Khurshid Anwar, My father's Cousin..)

Other: I will prevent all type of scamming..
